Projektorganisation – Zeitplan / Schedule

Our project planning generally begins a year in advance, so while current projects are ongoing, planning for the next year has already started.
Aside from our work tools, the classic table has proven effective in providing an overview of project organization. This allows the project to be broken down into its (smallest) tasks, and everyone can help where they can.

Unsere Projektplanung findet in der Regel mit einem Jahr Vorlauf statt. So beginnt schon während der laufenden Projekte bereits die Planung für das nächste Jahr.

Neben unseren Arbeitstools hat sich zum Überblick der Projektorganisation die gute alte Tabelle bewiesen. So kann das Projekt in seine (kleinst-) Aufgaben heruntergebrochen werden und alle packen da an wo sie können.
